Check Your IESCO Electricity Bill Online
Online Bill Checker helps you view, verify, and download your monthly IESCO electricity bill — covering Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal — without digging through the official PITC portal layout.
All you need is the 14-digit reference number printed in the top-left box of any previous paper bill. Enter it and you can view the current amount payable, due date, and units consumed — then download or print a duplicate bill copy for payment at any bank, ATM, or mobile wallet such as JazzCash and Easypaisa.
Beyond bill checking, our IESCO bill calculator estimates your upcoming bill from your meter units using the latest NEPRA-notified tariff slabs, including Fuel Price Adjustment (FPA), electricity duty, and GST — so the estimate reflects what actually appears on a real IESCO bill.

FAQs
What is an online bill checker and how does it work?
An online bill checker lets you view your monthly IESCO electricity bill on the internet instead of waiting for the paper copy. You enter the 14-digit reference number from any old bill, and the system pulls up your latest bill from IESCO’s records — showing the payable amount, due date, and units consumed. You can then print it or save it as a duplicate bill copy.
Does this site cover other DISCOs too, or just IESCO?
Online Bill Checker is currently focused specifically on IESCO — Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal — so every guide and figure here is checked against real IESCO bills. We’d rather cover one DISCO properly than several loosely; other DISCOs may be added in the future once each one meets the same standard.
Where do I find my 14-digit reference number?
Look at the top-left corner of any old paper bill — you’ll find a box labelled “Reference No” containing 14 digits, sometimes followed by a letter. The number is permanently tied to your meter connection, so a bill from last year works just as well as last month’s.
How do I download or print a duplicate IESCO bill?
Once your bill appears on screen, use the print or download option to save it as a PDF — this is your duplicate bill copy. It carries the same reference number, billing month, and amount payable as the original, so banks and payment centers accept it for payment.
How can I check if my IESCO bill has been paid or not?
Enter your reference number on the bill check page — the current status (paid, unpaid, or overdue) shows alongside the amount and due date. If a bill you already paid still shows as unpaid, banks can take a day or two to update IESCO’s system, so check again after 24–48 hours before assuming there’s an error.
Can I view my previous IESCO bill history online?
Yes — searching with your reference number brings up recent billing months, not just the latest one, so you can compare past amounts and units consumed. Availability depends on how far back IESCO’s own system keeps records for your connection.
What is a “detection bill” on my IESCO account?
A detection bill is issued when IESCO finds a discrepancy during a meter inspection — for example, unrecorded consumption or a meter fault — and bills you for the estimated unbilled units separately from your regular monthly bill. If one appears on your account and you believe it’s wrong, you can dispute it through IESCO’s complaint process.
My IESCO bill looks wrong — how do I get it corrected or adjusted?
If the units, amount, or name on your bill don’t match your actual consumption or details, you’ll need to raise a correction request with your local IESCO subdivision office, since only IESCO can amend billing records. A “bill adjustment” refers to a correction IESCO applies to a future bill to offset an earlier overcharge or undercharge — it usually appears as a line item on the next month’s bill rather than a separate document.
Why is my IESCO bill not showing online, or arriving late?
IESCO generates bills on a monthly billing cycle tied to your meter reading date, so a bill that hasn’t been read yet simply won’t be online until IESCO processes it — this is normal and not a fault with this site. If it’s several days past your usual billing date with nothing showing, contact IESCO directly to check for a reading delay or a system issue on their end.
Is checking my IESCO bill online free and safe?
Yes — every tool on this site is free, with no registration or login. A reference number on its own reveals no personal identity, and we never store the numbers you enter. One caution: never share your CNIC, bank details, or OTP codes with anyone claiming to “fix” your bill over the phone — IESCO never asks for these to show you a bill.
